By nature, exercising has to push the body beyond comfort zones to place enough stress on the muscles to create physiological adaptations. If exercising is not at all challenging, it is not really exercising. Science actually says otherwise.

In fact, if you try to do too much of the same type of exercise you are probably overdoing it, and that is not fun. So, the first step is to find something new to do that keeps your heart rate up.

Some other fun ways to exercise are cycling, rowing, hiking, mountain climbing, and even yoga. Aerobics

Another fun way to exercise is to do 30 minutes of aerobics in the privacy of your home.
